Eutierria
Eutierria means “oneness with Earth” where the boundaries of self and nature are blurred. Becoming part of nature can be beautiful as we completely immerse ourselves with every texture and detail. This knit collection uses cottons with wools to add more texture and create a mossy like effect which is one of the aspects in nature that I chose to focus on. Using rehung stitches I chose to mimics bark and the raised elements found outdoors. I loves this texture and chose to create an off the shoulder sweater with this rehung stitch technique incorporating mohair for a slight fuzzy texture poking out.
